About me

I bring over 14 years of experience as an external supervisor, supporting professionals across social services with reflective, strength-based practice. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Social Science, Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and postgraduate certifications in Professional Practice and Vocational Rehabilitation. I also hold an academic practicing certificate in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and have completed training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing, adding depth and flexibility to my therapeutic approach.

As a registered social worker, and a member of both ANZASW and CDANZ, I’m committed to ethical practice, lifelong learning, and empowering others to thrive in their roles.

My career spans diverse roles, including:

  • Mental Health and Disability

  • Family Court navigation 
  • Youth Work Facilitator and Programme Developer, delivering targeted programmes to support rangatahi

  • Small Group Programme Delivery, using trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches

  • ACC Sensitive Claims work, supporting survivors through recovery

  • Work and Income Advocacy, helping clients access entitlements

  • Practice Coordinator, with oversight of MSD contracts and staff management, ensuring service quality and accountability across funded programmes
